The Virginia
Record Book
A record book needs one set of rules. Virginia's districts are not all playing by the same ones yet, so a statewide record kept today would need an asterisk on every line. This book waits instead. It will not keep every kind of record. There is nothing here about margin of victory, and nothing about a team's worst day. Only the things a player would want her name next to. When Virginia settles on one rulebook, the lines get filled.
